Accounting tutors in Eastern Cape

We use accounting in our everyday lives without even knowing it. Accounting is something that is a lot easier once you understand the concepts and having it explained to you in a way that you can relate to makes it so much easier for that concept to “click” which means less learning and more understanding giving you a lot more time to practice the questions instead of trying to learn concepts.

Over the past 11 years, I have been an accounting lecturer and tutor across all levels to students of various backgrounds. I have had the privilege of lecturing and tutoring at a hand-full of learning institutions. I have always wanted to add value . As a school-pupil I did not understand accounting, at all! It was only in university that it clicked. When I teach and facilitate classes and tutoring, I think of what it was like when I was on the other side of the classroom, and what I needed to understand at that time in terms of the prescribed text. It is always my goal for students to understand and not just get through the work. And I am very patient.

I have completed my Chartered Accounting articles, am CIMA exam qualified and have passed CFA level 2. I have a strong passion and keen interest in the sujbect and its use in everday life. I have taken numerous accounting modules and have the practical work experience to teach this.

I am a former Accounting and Economics teacher and now Finance Manager in East London. I am very good in teaching basic understanding of Accounting and excellent exam techniques.I have Honours in BCompt,therefore can assist up to Accounting 3.

I am passionate about both accounting and helping others become passionate about it too. I excel at helping people understand why things are done a certain way so that they can understand other aspects of the material better.

I am currently enrolled in my post grad in accounting sciences and have a comprehensive understanding of the subject. I enjoyed the subject in high school and look forward to making the subject more bearable for students who struggle with the subject.
