I am self-driven, motivated and result oriented, very innovative and I incorporate challenges as learning curves. I am amenable as well as open to suggestions even if they are of a different view. I am also accommodative and allow room for error and growth without being emotional or judgmental. I never give up the quest for knowledge and I believe that, in every problem, there is a solution. To me, training and education development is a passion and a calling, and this is the reason why I subscribe to the belief that education goes beyond the normal and traditional method of teaching. I strongly believe that for one to be a teacher, trainer and leader of note, they should be concerned about the holistic development of their students. As a lifelong learner myself, I believe that my teaching journey is far from over. When I reflect over my teaching years, I derive satisfaction and am happy with the progress I have made so far and am certain I can achieve more. My goal is to be the best that I can be.
