Hi My name is Imraan and I'm a student at UCT. I am majoring in English, Psychology and Philosophy. I like hiking, surfing and fives soccer. I'm married as well with twin boys. In a few years I hope to start teaching engling overseas, perhaps Malaysia. However for the time being, while I finish my studies, I thought that tutoring would help me get that experience I need for teaching as well as fulfill my desire to help other learn and understand.

Experience / Education

I finish my matric three years ago, with a distinction for English. I was accepted by all the universities I applied to and ended up got to UCT. This is my fourth and last year for my undergraduate degree in while I triple majored. My majors are Psychology, English and Philosophy. I have worked in retail and I also work for a catering company once weekly where I cook and sell food. I am also a teacher's assistance at Hidaya Institute.

Literature is my strong suit. It's what I've spent three years studying at variety and it's what got me my distinction in Matric. I also love critically analysing and it's a skill I think everybody should have. I believe that I am able to teach people how to be critical and independent thinkers.
