I have always enjoyed Maths and I feel that I can not only teach you how to get the correct answer but, also, why your answer is correct. In school they often teach you the formula and how to use it, but it’s rare that they tell you why that formula is correct/relevant. And I believe this is a crucial component contributing to your understanding of maths.

Chemistry has always been my favorite subject throughout Highschool. In Matric I achieved an average of 92% for Physical Sciences and therefore I feel i have a good grasp of Chemistry and I feel very confident tutoring the subject. I consistently tutored Chemistry to some of my friends in our Matric year.

In Matric I achieved a final average of 91% for my NSC exams. I have always enjoyed Biology but unfortunately for this subject you can not solely rely on a tutor to teach you all the material, you also have to put in quite some time if you want to achieve a distinction for Biology. I can help you develop a deeper understanding of all the concepts of school Biology, and I can teach you techniques for certain exam questions (that always manage to pop up in exams). But at the end of the day it will be up to you to memorise all the syllabus material in order to achieve that distinction. For Life Sciences, a tutor can merely guide you to your distinction, he/she can not achieve it for you. This might seem rather blunt, but this is unfortunately the harsh reality of Life Sciences.

Physics, along with Chemistry, has been my favorite subject throughout my highschool years. As mentioned in my Chemistry bio, I consistently tutored Physics and Chemistry to my friends who were also in Matric, and therefore I feel that I have a deep understanding of the subject and feel confident teaching it.
