I am a passionate tutor, qualified teacher and therapist who has vast experience in teaching different curricula (NSC, IEB and Cambridge). My focus is on teaching Mathematics, Physical Science and Commerce subjects (Economics and Business Studies) at the Intermediate, Senior Phase and FET levels. My teaching style involves both inductive and deductive teaching and I enjoy the use of technology. The training I have had in teaching, inclusive education and psychology has given me great insight into working with students. My approach involves both focussing on academic content, as well as reducing stress and anxiety around study material. My hobbies include playing the piano, collecting orchids, gardening, learning languages and reading.

Mathematics
I am a qualified Mathematics teacher specialising in IEB, NSC and Cambridge. I have been actively tutoring and teaching for 15 years. I began tutoring at the age of 18, and have continued to actively tutor primary and high school students in Mathematics, Physical Science and Commerce subjects since then. Upon completing my undergraduate degree I immediately began working as a teacher. I have since worked at schools around Johannesburg. My most recent teaching job was at Roedean School (SA) in Johannesburg, where I worked as a support Mathematics teacher and an Advanced Programme Mathematics teacher.

I have been actively tutoring physical science for 15 years. I specialise in IEB, NSC and Cambridge. I achieved an A during matric. I have studied physics and chemistry at university level. Many of my students have achieved excellent grades and have gone onto leading universities.
