I describe myself as a very driven, energetic individual with an immense love for children. I believe that being around children heals the heart. Since a very young age, I have always enjoyed being around children younger than me. The self-appointed responsibility of babysitting my cousins carried through to adulthood with now being lucky enough to co-raise my brother. I discovered my love for teaching in High School right after I became part of an organisation who helps children in need. This sense of accountability when looking after and teaching children, lights a fire inside my heart. I aspire to cultivate and use this fire like to light up the path for children who need it most.
