I'm a senior at my institution currently doing a Master's degree in Biotechnology. I have been given so much responsibilities in terms of looking after students from 1st year to their Btech level. My duties which are listed below make me the best for this. • Providing students with academic support during assigned hours and classes. • Organising, planning and delivering interactive and engaging sessions to groups of students. • Working with students in all phases of their education such as homework and revision. • Preparing learners for their subsequent work experience placement or next step in the world of work. • Using teaching resources and facilities to deliver lessons. • Supporting the Curriculum Manager in the successful operational management of the curriculum area. • Actively promoting the School’s policies at all times. • Monitoring standards of student uniform and hair, etc. and dealing with any infringements. • Putting together detailed syllabus/course outline information and presenting this to senior academic staff for their review. • Keeping learners’ records as required by the school, including initial assessment and Learning Agreements records. • Assigning homework work, marking it and then correcting it.
