Afrikaans is my home language, so I can communicate and understand someone easily. However, I took it as a First Additional Subject. I did still receive 89% in the end exam. I have understanding behind this subject and can explain it in either languages.

I have a love for English Literature as it is art in written form and so many stories each with beautiful life lessons. I am bilingual and though my home language is Afrikaans, I've taken all my classes in English since Grade 9. My final mark in Gr.12 for English was 81%
