I am a young, passionate, qualified Intermediate Phase teacher. I believe that each learner has the potential to achieve their academic goals. Learners have different learning styles and I will be able to adapt to it. Some learners need individual attention, which I can provide. I am trained in the CAPS curriculum. I also have six months experience in the A.C.E. curriculum. I can tutor any subject from grade 1-7. However, I prefer Afrikaans, Mathematics and Social Science. If a learner needs online tutoring, I am capable to do it as I have experience in online teaching and will be able to use any online program that is used for tutoring.

I was a supervisor (teacher) for grade 5 learners. The school follows the A.C.E. curriculum. I also taught Afrikaans to the grade 6 learners. During lockdown I taught Afrikaans online to the grade 5 and 6 learners.

I am trained to teach mathematics to primary school learners. I worked through all the grade 4-7's mathematic Platinum books and teacher guides to equip me to patiently teach mathematics in a logical manner to primary school learners.

I am trained to teach Social Sciences (History, Geography) and love to teach it to primary school learners by using teaching aids. History was also my specialist subject at university when I studied education. It is important for learners to know about the history of S.A. and they also need to know about the geography of the country. I want the leaners to developed a love for the subject, Social Science.
