I began my tertiary education with a BSc Consumer Studies degree. As part of this the post graduate degree I had Science subjects that includes Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Food and Nutrition subjects as well as food preparation and developing new food products for the changing market was included in this degree. During this time I realized I had a passion for sharing my knowledge and skills. I then did a post graduate certificate in education to enhance my skills to share knowledge with others.
