Elisha Meja, is a holder of MEd degree in educational leadership and management from North West university, Bsc (hons) degree in applied mathematics from National university of science and technology (NUST), Zimbabwe and a PGCE from UNISA. Elisha is a mathematics and statistics teacher and a multidisciplinary researcher who is conversant with quite a number of statistical sampling designs, statistical analysis and modelling skills. He is currently conducting a PhD research in statistical modelling of instructional leadership theory and practices.
