My name is Synthia. I am originally from the Democratic republic of Congo where I matriculated in high level Mathematics and physics. I moved to South Africa toward the end of 2012 to continue with my studies.I am fluent in both English and French. I am holder of a bachelor of technology degree in civil engineering. I was among the best students of my department and got my degree with distinction. I have a strong background in science subjects like mathematics and physics and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you. I believe that our attitude is key to success. Mathematics
I believe I am the best tutor for mathematics because I have a strong background in the subject. Besides the fact that I got the chance to learn from amazing mathematics teachers and lecturer, I have always been passionate about the subject. I have always considered Mathematics as a mind game. That mindset really changed my way of looking at the subject and contributed to my success in the subject. My tutoring method is based on helping and encouraging my tutees to find the best and easiest way for them to understand and solve any mathematical equation or problem they come across. I also share the different tricks I learnt and how to use them to remember formulas and how to apply them in different equations. I have had a good experience with my previous tutees and I really hope that I am able to make a difference and help my next tutees, not only pass the subject but aim at least a distinction.
