1. Conduct various non-destructive environmental tests as per relevant environmental test procedures. 2. Generate non-destructive environmental test reports. 3. Provide guidance and insight to jig designers regarding designing of new vibration jigs. 4. Ensuring that all equipment is serviceable and calibrated per schedule. 5. Handle calibration inquiries for external service providers. 6. Planning and schedule execution of all workload and ensuring the availability of equipment in the facility. 7. Liaising with different clients regarding specifications, facility capabilities, and possible jigs and fixtures needed for testing. 8. Initiating purchase request (PRs) for all instruments that are purchased; repaired or calibrated by external companies. 9. Communicate with clients in order to build and maintain good relationships.
