I attended St Alban's College from grade 8 until the end of matric. I was appointed Head Of School for my matric year in 2016. I achieved 2 distinctions (geography and history), as well as 79% for English, Afrikaans and Life Orientation, ending off matric with an average of 78.2%.

History is my favourite subject and I believe I have developed ways to approach the subject that break down the content into a more learner friendly course. I used this method during school and achieved high marks for history. It is a subject that requires a deep understanding of how to write essays and as a humanities student, it is a skill I have acquired and have the knowledge to share with others.

Geography
Geography is a high volume subject, which can be broken down into various sections. I will show you how to break this down as well as explain the concepts in the subject in order to gain a full understanding of the content. Geography is an opportunity to showcase how much the student knows, and I will ensure the student can understand and then display as much as possible. This will be done by reviewing the material s well as incorporating writing techniques when answering questions.
