I am a passionate and hard-working student currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce-Double Major at the University of Witwatersrand. I enjoy working with numbers and have shown to be good at it as well. Mathematics has always been one of my favourite subjects and the one where my best marks were produced. I possess the traits that make me a good tutor such as the ability to listen well, being understanding, effective communicator, creative and patient to name a few. Education is extremely important and tutoring is my way of being beneficial to that sector in my capacity. I hope to obviously do more in future for this sector as it is one I am interested in helping develop.

Radio Co-Host
I occasionally helped Co-host a radio show at CAPSRadio. It was the afternoon slot called YNF Drive. Typically I would arrive at the studio a while before my slot. Then before the show, meet with the main host and finally go through the content for the show.
Tutor
I would travel to a common area such as a library or school grounds to meet the student. Following that, we would start our teaching session. I’ve tutored Mathematics and Afrikaans FAL at both Primary and High School level.

Mathematics
I thoroughly enjoy Mathematics and have produced good marks for the subject. Furthermore, I am doing it at varsity level as well which has given me a more in depth understanding of the subject. Lastly, I have some experience as a Mathematics tutor and so this is a comfortable space for me. I am also patient and a good listener. I'm also creative which in this space means that I'm open to exploring different teaching methods if they help the student better understand the concepts.
